# WaveSocket

> WaveSocket is a VPN client for Apple TV. It connects Apple TV using a WireGuard or compatible AmneziaWG configuration that the user brings from a VPN provider, router, or self-managed server.

WaveSocket does not operate VPN servers, sell VPN subscriptions, create WaveSocket accounts, or collect connection analytics. The first release is available for Apple TV on the App Store. Every feature can be tried for three minutes per connection; a one-time Lifetime Access purchase removes the connection time limit.
